Walk through the vineyards
We want visitors to understand how our environment determines the type of wine we make.
There is no better way to do this than to take them to the vineyard to touch the soil the vines grow on and discover the features of the Menorcan countryside and their impact on the wine.
Knowledge of the varieties we plant and their adaptation to Menorca is crucial to the subsequent enjoyment of the tasting of the different wines.
Winemaking process
Tour of the Winery to see the different stages of the winemaking process from harvesting to bottling and labelling; focusing on the variations in the process for one type of wine or another: white, rosé, red, sweet and sparkling.
Tasting
This is the climax of the visit, the time to enjoy the wine after learning what goes into it. The aim is to understand the nuances of each wine through the senses: sight, smell, taste… to identify all the things we have just seen in the vineyard or in the different stages of the winemaking process.
Tasting and explanation of 3 wines accompanied by cheese and wine jam.
