A walk around the vineyard
Discover how the landscape determines the type of wine we make. There is no better way to do this than by getting up close and personal with the vineyard, touching the soil in which it grows and learning about the Menorcan countryside, how it impacts our wine, the varieties we have planted and how they have adapted to the island.

Explore each stage of the winemaking process, from harvesting to bottling and labelling. Look at how the processes vary from one type of wine to another: whites, rosés, reds, sweet and sparkling wines.
taste our wines
The highlight of the visit is being able to enjoy the wine having learned about everything that does into making it. Tasting and explanation of three wines to identify and experience all the elements we have seen in the vineyard, or in the different stages of the production process.
