is the name of our estate, located in the south of the island of Menorca in the municipality of Sant Lluís

We currently have 12 hectares with the following varieties: Chardonnay, Muscat, Malvasía, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The vineyards are planted in the southern part of the island, with a chalky, sandstone subsoil covered by a layer of clay.

The climate of Menorca is typically Mediterranean. Rain is scarce and irregular and is concentrated in the autumn months. Being the northernmost island of the Balearics, the temperatures are cooler than in the other islands of the archipelago.

Menorca, having no protective mountain chain, is more exposed to wind action, especially the tramontana (north wind).

All these are differentiating factors and explain that Mediterranean tone of the wine, which are flavoursome, fresh and highly palatable.
