Fermentation in French oak barrels and resting on lees for 9 months in the barrel itself. 9 months’ ageing in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES

Bright yellow colour. Intense and elegant aroma emphasising ripe stone fruit notes typical of the Chardonnay grape variety from our plot no. 12, together with the sweet and toasted spices of the French wood. On the palate it is powerful, dense and full-flavoured. It has enough structure to be paired with both light and more elaborate dishes. A complex and expressive wine that reveals all its nuances and potential the longer it is in the glass.
