Handpicked. Fermentation in stainless steel at 22 °C. Fermentation interrupted with cold, leaving 150g./litre of sugar. 12 months in oak barrels.
Dark crimson colour red wine with an orange rim. Powerful aroma of fruit liqueur, sweet spices, toasted notes characteristic of its aging in barrels. Sweet, toasted, spicy and syrupy on the palate. Lingering aftertaste with a pronounced flavour of candied fruit.
